Centrally located a quarter mile from Route 100 and nestled in the solitude of the Mad River and the Green Mountains, The Farm on Mad River provides guests with easy access to dining, entertainment and all the activities for which the Sugarbush and Mad River Valley area are well-known.

Situated on 42 acres in Waitsfield, Vermont, with spectacular views of the river, mountains, meadows and waterfalls from every vantage point, there is cross-country skiing and snowshoeing available on the property in the winter. We are located in close proximity to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski resorts and Ole's Cross Country Center.

After a day of skiing, take advantage of some of the Farm's special amenities and have a relaxing accupressure massage scheduled when you return from the slopes. You'll feel like a totally different person afterwards without a doubt.

Stocked with a variety of trout each spring, fishing at The Farm's location on the Mad River is an extraordinary experience for most fishermen. Swimming is excellent in the warmer months of the year as are kayaking and canoeing.

The Valley abounds with recreational opportunities including mountain biking and hiking trails, golf courses, tennis courts, the public ice-skating rink and much more, all located in close proximity to The Farm!
